Best Sugar-free Apple Pie - Recipe 1

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium apples
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free baking mix
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free syrup

Instructions
 

  • Cut your apples into slices, remove the seeds and the peel, and put them in a large bowl.
  • Add cinnamon, salt, sugar-free baking mix, and water to the apples. Mix them well.
  • Cover the bowl and let it sit overnight.
  • In the morning, remove the cover and add butter, vanilla extract, and egg to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Pour your mixture in a greased 9-inch pie pan and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Let it cool down completely and then serve.
