Wedding Cake Snow Cone Syrup Recipe

Let’s get down to the reason you’re here: how to make wedding cake snow cones. The recipe we’re looking at is inspired by one from The Gunny Sack. This recipe is super easy, takes no time at all, and makes for the ideal dessert that doesn’t cut into your budget at all.

The ingredients you’ll need for this recipe are:

  • 8 cups of ice cubes
  • 12 tablespoons of wedding cake snow cone syrup (from Hawaiian Shaved Ice)
  • optional: toppings (sprinkles, candy, whipped cream, gummies, chocolate syrup, etc.)
  • 4 paper cones

Now all you need to do is:

Step 1: Crush the ice

Firstly, you’ll need to crush the ice cubes. You can do this in a range of ways: either by hand, blender, food processor, or snow cone maker. Once crushed to the consistency you require, fill your cones with crushed ice and pour over 2 tablespoons of snow cone syrup in each cone.

Step 2: Serve your ice cones

Place a ball of crushed ice on top of each cone, and pour on another one tablespoon of wedding cake syrup. Serve immediately as it is, or decorate with toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
