Brew espresso or strong coffee and leave it to cool.
In a medium bowl, beat together the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy.
Stir in the Amaretto to your cooled coffee, if using.
Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the coffee mixture, then place them inside the tiramisu cups.
Top with your mascarpone mixture and refrigerate.
Serve tiramisu shooters chilled, with a dusting of cocoa powder.
You should serve tiramisu in small glasses or ramekins because it can very rich and filling!
