Tiramisu Shooters

Ingredients
  

  • 10-15 soft ladyfingers
  • 1 cup coffee, for dipping
  • 500 g mascarpone cheese
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Amaretto or other liqueur (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Brew espresso or strong coffee and leave it to cool.
  • In a medium bowl, beat together the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in the Amaretto to your cooled coffee, if using.
  • Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the coffee mixture, then place them inside the tiramisu cups.
  • Top with your mascarpone mixture and refrigerate.
  • Serve tiramisu shooters chilled, with a dusting of cocoa powder.
  • You should serve tiramisu in small glasses or ramekins because it can very rich and filling!
