Grab a large bowl and add the milk, eggs, flavoring extract, and sugar. Mix well until smooth. Once smooth, add the snow in slowly. Once you've reached a consistency of ice cream that you're happy with, your snow ice cream is ready! Eat immediately.
1 can of evaporated milk, 2 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (or flavoring of your choice), 3/4 cup of white sugar, 1 gallon of fresh (clean snow)
