  • 1 cup of softened mascarpone
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cups of Espresso If you do not want a strong espresso in your drink you can always use coffee or decaffeinated espresso.
  • 26 Ladyfingers
  • 2 tbsp of dark chocolate powder

  • Possibly the easiest step in this easy tiramisu recipe without eggs and alcohol is that you will need to make the filling for the layers. Start by mixing the whipping cream with mascarpone cheese. Both should be softened so that they can mix smoothly and well together.
  • After you add the mascarpone, use the rest of the ingredients not including the cocoa powder and the espresso. Whisk until the sugar and the soft cream is smooth and consistent.
  • The next step in this easy tiramisu recipe without eggs and alcohol is to dip the ladyfingers in a mixture. Since we will not be using alcohol, I instead have decided to increase the amount of espresso. You can always add other ingredients though like mocha and caramel for a different flavor.

Make sure that the ladyfingers do not stay submerged in the espresso as they can start to fall apart. Keep repeating until all 26 are done.
