Heat the oven to 375°F.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, or simply grease it lightly and set it aside.
In a separate bowl, toss the apple slices in with a tablespoon of melted butter and set them aside.
Separate the crescen roll dough into 8 triangles.
In another separate bowl, mix the brown sugar together with the apple pie spice. Divide this mixture evenly among the crescent roll triangles.
Top each of the crescent roll triangles with an apple slice and wrap the dough around the apple starting at the short side of each triangle.
Place the wrapped crescent rolls on the baking sheet. Brush them with 2 tablespoons of melted butter to achieve a golden brown color.
Bake for at least 10 to 12 minutes, or until the apple filling is a deep golden brown and the apple is softened.
Once ready, remove them from the oven and allwo to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
