Today, we're going to be looking at a snow ice cream recipe with eggs, and if you can't have eggs - we'll also be looking at an egg-free recipe. Snow ice cream is such an old recipe, but it's still a family favorite in many countries across the world. I'm from the UK and unfortunately, we very rarely have any snow; so this is quite a tricky recipe for me to tackle! Snow ice cream is super easy to make and doesn't require many ingredients at all. And the best part about it is you can flavor it however you like! But I'm getting ahead of myself - you may not even know what snow ice cream is! Let's take a closer look.
