Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Café Latte Whey Shakeology
  • 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp pure rum extract

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients - ice, water, Shakeology, cheese, pure rum extract, and cocoa powder in blender and cover.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • You can serve it chilled!
